Restoration Process

Peak City Golf Carts, LLC purchases clean, newer model off lease golf carts from around the US. Each cart is completely disassembled down to the frame. We pay extra attention to the suspension, electrical, and brakes. We then determine what repairs or parts replacements need to be done to make the cart a high class cruiser. We do not cut corners and we spare no expense in the restoration process.

Once the chassis is back to like new condition, we then replace the body, seats, and add accessories according to customer orders.  We take great pride in each one of our golf cart restorations.

Peak City Golf Carts, LLC does not sell junk.  If you want a cheap, rusty, squeaky, or  unreliable ride then we are not the dealer for you.  It is extremely easy (and inexpensive) to  make a golf cart look good on the surface and list it as refurbished.  We are thorough and take the extra time and energy to make it right before it drives off our lot.  We will gladly explain our restoration process in detail.  Contact us with any questions you may have. We realize this is a large purchase and there is  a lot to learn and surprisingly a lot to consider when buying a golf cart.

We are happy to repair rusty, squeaky, or unreliable carts purchased elsewhere.

We are a small business that builds one cart at a time so we can keep costs down. You can expect to pay more for the same type of restored cart at a large dealer.
